Colour My Plate’s Standard Meal Plan offers healthy and balanced meals which include lean animal protein, fresh fruit and veggies, grains, legumes, and healthy fats, and does not exclude gluten, dairy and soy. Suitable for those who can eat from all food groups.
2. Gluten Free and Dairy Free Meal Plan
Colour My Plate’s Gluten Free and Dairy Free Meal Plan provides healthy and balanced meals which focus on animal protein, nuts, fresh nut milks, fresh fruits and vegetables, pulses, gluten-free grains and excludes all dairy and gluten ingredients.
3. Vegan or Plant-based Meal Plan
Colour My Plate’s Vegan or Plant-Based Meal Plan provides healthy and balanced meals which focus on high-quality plant-based ingredients and excludes dairy, animal protein, and eggs.
4. Low-fodmap Meal Plan
Colour My Plate’s unique Low-fodmap Meal Plan offers healthy and balanced meals which focus on excluding wheat products, beans, cow milk, apples, pears, honey, raw onions, garlic, cauliflower and others which are known to trigger digestive symptoms like bloating, gas and stomach pain. Particularly suitable for people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
5. Paleo Meal Plan
Colour My Plate’s Paleo Meal Plan offers healthy and balanced meals which focus on lean meats, fish, and eggs, and includes fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Dairy, grains, legumes and soy are excluded.
6. Pescatarian Vegetarian Meal Plan
Colour My Plate’s Pescatarian Vegetarian Meal Plan provides healthy and balanced meals which focus on grains, pulses, fresh vegetables and fish only. Dairy and eggs could be included but all poultry and meat are excluded.
